Okay, I don’t know if this sort of thing will apply for me since I’m from Australia and not the US, but on January 18th 2012 (US time), I’ll be joining a HUGE group of websites that will be blacking out in order to protest against the two bills that the US Congress are trying to pass: the SOPA and PIPA. As you can see, I’ve now got a profile picture, and yes, it’s the real me. In a Viking helmet, sword and shield in hand, I think I’d fit in well in the How to Train Your Dragon universe… despite the modern clothing! XD

YES!! As you can see, today I got myself Volume 1 of Cardcaptor Sakura: Omnibus. I’ve only just got it, but since I’m heading out to Katoomba for the weekend, I’d thought I’d read it during the trip to and from Katoomba.

Cardcaptor Sakura has always been one of my favourite animes, even though it was the HORRIBLE Nelvana dub. >_< I was 13 at the time it premiered in Australia, and I was new to anime. Give me a break!

I’ve been wanting to see the proper version of Cardcaptor Sakura since, and this manga (Volume 1 of 4), I think, will be a great start for me. I’m still waiting for a PROPER English dub of Cardcaptor Sakura, but until then, this will keep me happy. ^w^
